Press note: DAEMON QUEST and AVIVA VIDA Y PENSIONES sign an agreement on Orientation towards the Customer

Daemon Quest, the only Spanish company that specializes in Customer Intelligence, and Aviva Vida y Pensiones, a company that specializes in life insurance and annuities that distributes its products exclusively through professional intermediaries, have signed an agreement to support the insurance multinational’s Spanish branch to focus its strategies of orientation towards the customer.

This highly innovative project will last for two years and will be based on Aviva Vida y Pensiones’ customer portfolio segmentation, as well as on an analysis of the sales labor that helps the company establish focused distribution strategies.

Customer Intelligence techniques achieve spectacular results in terms of identifying business opportunities by means of an appropriate and sophisticated segmentation of the company’s own customer portfolio, identifying those that are most profitable and the potential customers on the market who have not yet been obtained. Other analyses such as appropriate resource assignment and sales force effectiveness complement the information in order to design the sales strategy based on scientific data.

In the specific case of the insurance sector, the objectives of Customer Intelligence strategies are: obtaining the best results in each of the channels the insurance companies operate in and searching for new sales channels that increase the volume of business; knowing the most effective agents and intermediaries are and applying strategies that link them to the company and motivating direct sales by means of an optimum segmentation by customer and advisor value.
