Daemon Quest, a unique firm that specializes in Marketing Intelligence and Customer Strategies, is expanding its already important presence in the Savings Bank sector by signing new contracts with Sa Nostra, Caja Murcia, Caja Granada and Banco Cooperativo Español, the entity that contains the more than 70 rural Spanish savings banks. The goal of the four new projects that Daemon Quest will undertake, with a total value of 1.5 million euros, is to improve the efficiency of these entities’ sales, obtainment, retention, and customer linking actions.
The agreements announced by Daemon Quest allow the firm to significantly increase its share in the Spanish financial market. The positive change that Daemon Quest’s Division of Banking and Savings Banks has experienced in recent years has led to the current generation of 34% of its revenue, thus becoming one of the company’s most important strategic divisions, with better growth possibilities. Among its current clients, the majority of which rank among the top 20 Spanish financial entities, are such big names as Bankinter, Kutxa, Santander, Banesto, Caixa Catalunya and Caja Madrid.
The Customer Strategies and Marketing Intelligence applied by Daemon Quest allows for an optimum knowledge of the customer and market portfolio of any company, thus facilitating the sales strategies. In the banking world, these techniques are used to develop projects of great strategic value to the financial entities. They include establishing cross-sales mechanisms, detecting and preventing customer abandonment, obtaining new customers, customer linking and loyalization, allotment of sales resources, and the strategic segmentation of companies.
