NH Hotels’ loyalty program, “NH World”, is a resounding success. According to the company, 125,000 customers from 14 different countries are program members, only 10 months after its launch. One of the keys to its success is in the fidelity card, the only one in the hotel sector with a chip that allows check-in and automatic customer identification. Accumulation of “credits” and access to exclusive offers are some of the advantages that 40% of “NH World” members are already taking advantage of.
