The second edition of the World Marketing and Sales Forum, which took place in Madrid last October 18th and 19th, closed its doors with a resounding success in attendance. The sector’s main event in Spain gathered more than 700 professionals, among which were some of the best-known names in the field, especially Professor Philip Kotler, who attended the event at the invitation of Daemon Quest. In the conference-wide session, Kotler gave a presentation focused on the changes that New Marketing demands, as compared to traditional guidelines. Afterwards, in the private workshop organized by Daemon Quest, he delved further into a subject of great interest: the relationship between Marketing and Sales departments, and the need to establish better links between them in order to achieve an effective and profitable focus on the customer.
